The former president's Family Member Gets Professional Guidance from Golf Legend Woods Ahead of LPGA First Appearance

Young golfer getting ready for significant tournament

This young athlete boasts considerable social media following

The young golfer will have numerous prominent backers as she starts her LPGA debut on Thursday.

The 18-year-old athlete, who happens to be the granddaughter of Donald Trump, obtained a sponsor's invitation to play at the Annika competition in the Sunshine State.

Her grandfather, an avid golfer, possesses several golf courses and regularly plays against Kai.

"He's quite skilled. I can't reveal details but we play some close matches," she stated.

She mentioned that Trump, who cannot attend, counseled her: "Just don't get nervous."

"He basically suggested to go out there and relax," she continued.

"In my eyes, he's simply a normal grandpa. He won't be there this weekend. He's busy with world affairs, so he's somewhat preoccupied."

As an amateur, Kai has participated in just three tournaments this year and holds position 461 in the American Junior Golf Association standings.

But she can seek guidance from 15-time major champion, romantically involved with Kai's mother.

"He represents the top athlete in the world," Kai expressed.

"Additionally, he's a more impressive individual. He suggested me to compete, relax, and go with the flow."

Kai will face some of top competitors in the sport at the Annika, such as second-ranked Nelly Korda, British Charley Hull, Lexi Thompson and last year's winner champion Vu.

Officials stated that her participation exposes golf to new audiences, particularly among the next generation.

The young star maintains substantial online presence and recently launched an exclusive clothing and lifestyle company.

Her first tee time at 5:30 PM GMT.
